Lynn Schwartz
Lynn is a natural connector, collaborator, and strategist who turns challenges into opportunities. Her expertise lies in building relationships that open non-traditional pathways to drive organizational success. She is a skilled fundraiser and development leader in the healthcare, human services, and education fields. Lynn is most proud of her work with organizations whose mission is to achieve racial and gender equity, social justice and systemic change.
For over a decade, Lynn helped define the mission and strategic initiatives for the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Medicine's Making History campaign. She contributed to building innovative organizational platforms which supported the physicians and scientists leading the cancer immunotherapy enterprise at Penn Medicine.
Her expertise extends to assessment, leadership development and training programs for new board and expanding boards, staff, volunteers and donors. Through team-building, coaching and mentoring, Lynn implements strategies to increase engagement on all levels. Lynn cultivates solid internal and external relationships using her distinct style of warmth, honesty and humor.

As a volunteer, Lynn now brings her passion for making a difference to serve The Father Center of New Jersey as Chair of the Development Committee. She is an engaged member of the Educational Justice Committee of Philly DSA and is a member of the working coalition on the Philly Healthy Schools School Initiative.
